Thanks for joining me! I cannot wait to start teaching highland dance in Pictou County. We live in an area with a rich Scottish history that needs to be celebrated! Highland dance has always been near and dear to my heart as some of my ancestors were from Scotland. I never knew as a 7-year old in the picture below that I would be where I am today with dance and how much it would impact my life.

Highland dance is both an art and a sport collaborated into one, which is quite unique. You can be creative and athletic at the same time. It teaches you a lot more than just the dances. It teaches self confidence and esteem, discipline, patience, sportsmanship, and offers lifelong, genuine friendships.
